Good quality, shipping could be quicker

I ordered a Custom Tent 10x10 with a Printed Roof. The tent itself is very high quality, especially the Heavy Duty Aluminum Frame. The printing on the roof looked great, just like the mockup. My only minor gripe was the shipping took a little longer than I expected, around 8 business days to get to me. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a solid product, but factor in extra time for delivery.

Yeah, they do! My uncle got a discount for his non-profit, so I'd imagine they'd have something for military too. It's usually a separate thing you apply for, not just a regular promo code.

I'm in LA, how much does shipping usually run for a full trade show booth setup? Those frames can be kinda heavy.

Shipping costs depend a lot on weight and size, especially for the bigger stuff like a full booth. You'd probably need to get a quote from them directly after you put your order together. They might have free shipping on certain custom kits though, so keep an eye out for that.

My 10x20 tent and frame shipment to Nevada wasn't cheap, but it wasn't outrageous either. Came via freight, had to be signed for. I'd factor a few hundred bucks in, just to be safe.

I've used both EZ UP and Deluxe Canopy for different things. Deluxe Canopy's stuff feels more heavy-duty, especially the custom printed elements. EZ UP is good for basic, quick setups, but if you want something really branded and professional looking, Deluxe Canopy is a step up IMO.

My buddy has an inflatable arch from them and it's solid. Has held up through a few seasons now. Definitely better than some of the cheaper stuff you see around.

Are their tents actually fire retardant? Like, certified or anything? Some venues require that.

Need to replace just the fabric top for my 10x10 tent, the frame is still good. Can I order only that, or do I have to buy a whole new tent?

You can totally order just the fabric top. I did that last year when my old one ripped. Just contact them, they'll sort you out.

Yeah, they sell replacement parts. It's super common for the fabric to wear out before the frame, so they're set up for that.

I'm pretty sure they do ship to Canada. I think I saw it mentioned somewhere on their site. You'd probably have to pay customs/duties though.

Mine was pretty quick. I think it was like 2 weeks for the design proof and then another 2-3 weeks for shipping. So plan on a month total, maybe a bit more if you need revisions.

Yeah, I got a 10x10 custom canopy last year. From approving the design to it arriving at my place in Portland, it was just under a month. They do give you a turnaround estimate during the order process though, which was pretty accurate for me.
